I found out, that "peel ply" might be the right term for this special tisue

I have not made any destructive testing.
I got the layup of the stem from a manufacturer (this is the reason, why I will not reveal every single step) ...because of this, and the work of Norbert, Mr Hyde and Thomas over there at the german WW page, I trust in my work.

I have a close eye and ear at my parts and to me my bike is for gratified riding and not a race machine

@Jmdesignz2 look up rockwest composites or look on ebay. Just search peel ply.
