1. step...a tube, that will fitt tight to the head tube of the fork.
I have a 6cm piece of the head tube of my fork. I covered it with a very thin layer of PVA.
Then I wrapt around 4 layers of 240g carbon tissue and compressed it.
After the hardening i put the piece in some hot water, to soften the PVA
To remove the outer tube I used a clamping cone and some spacers
as you can see...the PVA is wet
