I still have some weight to drop though with a new seatpost clamp (<20g), and steerer expander (<20g).
Looking for other cheap options, but the returns are diminishing, and I don't want to compromise the epic ride reliability/durability.
Oh yea, and I have to go on a New Years diet and drop about 10 LBS!!!

Cool bike rowdy It looks like it has a thin matte clear coat, are the logos and graphics painted on or are they decals?

The graphics and logos are all painted and, yes it seems to have a very thin clear coat over it. It is very nicely done too.
More picture will come once it stops snowing and warms up a little here.

What your rim width, which hub are you using and wheelset weight?

Here's the wheelset:

I went with the EdHubs.
Total F&R weight without veloplugs or rimstrip was 1260g.

Thanks for the link presby. I noticed that right out of the box, 43g. I ordered one I found on ebay that's 20g, but that Cannondale expander looks nice. Do you know the weight (I might have to pick one up)?

The cannondale expander is stupid light, something like 14g with the top cap. Just put one in my '13 Evo. Easy way to save almost 40g.
The only downside is the logo on the integrated cap.

13g-14g sounds right, I like it because it is conceptually different from other WW expanders. The finned top cap actually provides a large area of support for the steerer tube against clamping forces.

That's a good price. Nearly half the price of many other manufacturers top end frames. For a high-end budget build, you definitely could do a lot worse than this frame + awesome set of wheels.

Medium-54 frame, 748g for the frame with the hanger, and extra cable guide plastic bits. 303g fork.
It rides really nice. It's a bit more compact than an Addict 54. A little shorter TT and a little more drop (shorter head tube). It's very quick handling, but not too much different than the Addict.. The rear is a little more forgiving than the Addict, but the front is brutally stiff (my over-sized Super Logic stem might be contributing to that), but Fuji claims the fork has a rib down the center, so it might be that too. The internal routing is really well done, and I love the angular look of all the tubing. It's definitely a winner, especially considering the price.
