i think some of the fuji bikes have a way better look than some of the others out there just my opinion.

Between 25 & 28 -- yes. 28c tires are definitely more plush. Though, 25c on the Bora is pretty good.

Couldn't be more true. I'm a fuji fan boy as I used to work at a fuji dealer in my younger years. All my friends will poopoo the idea when I suggest their next bike should be a fuji. On paper they are hard to beat. They do well in quantitative testing, have the best pricing in the industry, good quality/ warranty support, and decent looking yet they are not seen as desirable bikes to own. No doubt their distribution methods putting a flashy new FOOGI ROOBIX in every Fred's hands hurt their cool factor.

Well Done! Didi you have any issues with BB fit? I used the Red 22 PF30 ceramic, and could not use the pre-load adjuster it came with (it rubbed the BB flange). I swapped it out for shims and all is good.

yeah, i had the same issue too. LBS help to solve it by adding spacer before the preload adjuster so that no contact with the BB flange. Crank spin smoothly after fixed.

Does anyone knows if the stripe of lime on the inner side of the chain stay can be acetoned off? It feels like it is applied above the clear coat. I find it a bit too loud...

Hey guys quick question
I have a contact in Cyprus who can get me a great price on a Fuji sl 1.5
I have not had any experience of these bikes before , and am considering a giant TCR advanced sl 0 ( currently ride 2014 TCR advanced but not sl)
A cannondale super six evo high mod dura ace 1 or black
Any thoughts ?

A quick question also noticed a lot of these Fuji builds contain carbon wheels
Would you run those in the mountains ?
I always was informed carbon clincher wheels in the mountains fail

The problem with carbon clinchers in the mountains is carbon generally, usually does not brake as well as aluminum. So you have to apply the brakes sooner and longer. Thus heating up the clincher rim and sidewall, and the tube and tire inside. And maybe a blowout due to the excessive heat. If you have easy descents such as in the Rockies, which are sort of shallow and straight roads, then you do not need to brake much on descents and carbon rims would be just fine.

I love the way carbon breaks over aluminum, never had problems with carbon braking. Aliluminum breaking for me at least I don't like the way aluminum bites before breaking throwing your handling off a bit while cornering, carbon is smooth breaking sort of like faded breaks from heat but in a good controlled way. And I have always had brake chattering with aluminum breaking surfaces
