What happened to the guy that hit your wheel? Did he have damage as well?


He also broke some spokes from his front Campy Bora Ultra. I`m not sure, I think it was 4 spokes, however he managed to finish the race.

Thats racing unfortunately. Sounds like a good race nonetheless.

At least the frame is okay and the wheels repairable, if not you have 3 great wheelsets as spares.

How do you finish a race with 4 spokes missing from a wheel. At least you have a good excuse for your dog on Sunday mine was as lack of fitness.

If he didn't have a flat, and the uneven tension didn't warp the wheel, you could easily remove 4 spokes and finish a climb.
