Not yet..LJ meaned that I have bad habit to "pollute" his topics with some DIY carbon parts.

So I will post the here when I do some more. And they will alway come here at first... http://www.kolumbus.fi/signature/cf.htm

Nothing fancy, just for learning...

Samu, you must be sooo lucky. That would be my hobby when I was that handy. Sadly I can't build that kind of stuff in a million years

For what bar? Do you have Profile levers?

Yes, sauna is good for precuring frames and inventing new parts...sadly I have only electric heated one. It would be fun to have some smell of smoke to CF frame from wood heated sauna, to say: " hand made with traditions.." :D

I may have now 2-3 days of from work so I should able to create lot of suff. I'm thinking cross frame with integrated CF suspension seatpost/seat+full carbon head tube...for learnig more before doing that nasty TT-frame...and I do need new training bike.

Yep, sick is the word...I will use 41mm outer diameter CF tubes in main triangle, all 3 tubes, since using only one premaid mold...THAT will look sick. Chain stay will be made Polar Power meter compatible since I have one new going to it. Just build mouting places directly in CS shapes. Ti BB shell and drop outs since I have some laying in my kitchen.

You still in Tokyo or are you back home ? There's a local supplier of CF material in Tuas. Pretty friendly rep, just haven't check with them on the MOQ that he's willing to work with. If you're interested can pass you the contacts.
