Placed an online order from UK.
The order included a cassette, chains & a Giro Synthe2 helmet.
Luckily, the cassette & chains didn't smash the helmet.

Just could not resist a good deal on this. My old Sid SL Select will go to my daughter's bike.

Damn, with the amount of stuff I've bought this year, I could have a post for every single week. 14 bibs, 2 bibtights, 14 sunglasses, 6 bikes, 12 tires, 12 short sleeve jerseys, 5 long sleeve, 4 jackets, a vest, 2 Dura Ace 9000 pedals, 2 Ultegra 8000 pedals, MTB shorts, 2 helmets, a Garmin
Last week, Assos RSR S9 Targa Black, POC Aspire Sapphire purple. This week, managed to somehow with the greatest luck pick up a POC Elicit Ti Limited Edition

It may sound impressive, but not as much at first blush. I buy only heavily discounted. The POC Aspire Solar Switch (haven't seen one for sale in the whole online world) and the Elicit Ti (thought I missed my chance last week but another one popped up) were definitely the hardest finds. And trying to beat out people on the classifieds to be first to a 500 dollar 2015 Supersix Evo HM
All of this makes perfect sense to me and kudos for your contribution to the economy, BUT... WTF are you going to do with 14 sunglasses???justkeepedaling wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2023 5:14 amDamn, with the amount of stuff I've bought this year, I could have a post for every single week. 14 bibs, 2 bibtights, 14 sunglasses, 6 bikes, 12 tires, 12 short sleeve jerseys, 5 long sleeve, 4 jackets, a vest, 2 Dura Ace 9000 pedals, 2 Ultegra 8000 pedals, MTB shorts, 2 helmets, a Garmin

lol! For so many years I literally just had 2 short sleeve jerseys, 1 long sleeve, a jacket and two bibs. Now I don't have to literally put them through the ringer.Mr.Gib wrote: ↑Wed Nov 22, 2023 12:23 amAll of this makes perfect sense to me and kudos for your contribution to the economy, BUT... As far as the glasses go, 10 of them were ten dollars each. I figured I usually scratch up the lenses over time or the coating wears off so I at least have a lifetime of beater (I mean, the Koo still have Zeiss lenses, love their clarity) glasses. I wanted different colors and lenses so I just went full spectrum, including photochromic. I have a 100% Hypercraft, an original Oakley Radar polarized, POC Aspire, and a Wolfe Hucke that I use depending on helmet and whatever matches my kit of the day or light condition.
I also live in two different places in the year so I leave a few in each location. Worst case, I can give them as gifts if I end up not messing them up as fast as I wore out my Oakleys.
Relevant to the thread, got Castelli arm warmers, head thingy, premio gloves yesterday
OK, sounds like you have it figured out nicely.justkeepedaling wrote: ↑Wed Nov 22, 2023 4:46 amlol! A tip from a fellow cyclist with lots of bib shorts (20+ pairs Assos - it's the only brand my ass tolerates), number them. For example each batch of a particular model gets numbers from 1 to 5. When I purchase the next batch of five of the same model I number 21 to 25. That way I keep track of vintage and spread out or concentrate my use of the bibshorts as desired.
