Poc Octal - fit and finish is far superior imo to the Giro it's replacing.
Fizik R3 Aria - Doesn't appear to be much difference between this and the more expensive R1. Previously had trouble finding shoes due to having a very narrow heel, and high arch, these seem to fit perfectly. Had settled with Sidi in the past but Fizik will now be to go to.

aliexpress is a great place to buy OEM shimano parts. Never have to worry about duty charges and prices are great

For comparison purposes mine is 106g (100mm length) with the split faceplate. ~£20 from ebay, pretty good value already.

ggman bought the standard Uno stem. The double face plate design is the Uno 6 and 7, which are lighter.

Stolichnaya is right. This is a very chubby stem. Even after Planet X said it would weigh 110 grams...

I think I will be retuning this and going for an ebay one! What's the difference between the 6 and 7?

Other than face plate and 2-tone (grey one side and red the other) I assume there must be some machining brtween the 6 and the 7.

Bought both 100mm (@107g) and 110mm (@112g) off ebay seller in Taiwan for approx 22 Euro including delivery. So far only used the 100mm on my cross bike and found this nice and stiff so no worries even with the light weight.

The weight difference is 6061 alu on the heavy, 7075 on the light, plus some minor design differences enable by the better material.

They now make the 7 in a negative 17 as well, yay!
