You said it brother! But what wouldn't one do for marginal gains.

does the yellow jersey with celeste boanchi remi nd anyone of a certain marco pantani in his mercatone uno days?
maybe that was their intention. it certainl isn't very 'coordinated' as we would put it, but if you're coss enough to win while wearing such kit like pantaini was you'll be famous.
http://biciak.blogspot.sg/2013/05/1998- ... ntani.htmlwith regards to celeste- it's an acquired taste. girls dig it, men not so much ( I ride a celeste boanchi.) but certainly I think it is nice and unique- part of bianchi's identity.

I like the all Celeste paint job. It's what a Bianchi should look like, regardless of the rider's kit (or cuiff).
The Lotto.NL-yellow reminds me too of the days of The Pirate.

It matched better with Gewiss, Mercatone Uno, and even Belkin. This is just plain bad. No yellow on the bike and no celeste or complimentary colors on the kit. Even some celeste cuffs or grey instead of black on the kit might have matched better.
AG2R definitely my favorite team kit again unless Garmindale is somehow better.

If Dekker is not on a team would he still be subject to random testing? I would assume this is at the discretion of the Dutch federation or the UCI? Does anyone know what the testing protocol is for hour record attempts?

You're still subject to biopassport testing for a period post contract with a WT or Pro Conti team.
That's how the pinged guys like Menchov.

I too like the AG2R kit. Live, the light blue is stunning against the white and brown. But if they rode Bianchis, the bikes should have been Celeste and only Celeste, of course.

I realise the Giant promotional image is trying to show the front and back of the kit... but it looks like 3 people standing and one person on the left about to moon! Very unfortunate positioning of the rear view which is just a weird ass shot!
