You are in the wrong sport. Can't you dribble a ball?

193cm (6'4") and 82kg - I have to admit that from reading other posters height and weight numbers I'm now feeling decidedly short and fat...

Mate I dont mean to be intrusive but your BMI is unhealthily low. Anything under 18 is considered anorexia (yours is 16.9). At that BMI your brain and body will cease to functional normally.

Pro's at their peak would not have such a low BMI (i hope not at least). I would consider putting on some weight and perhaps seeking professional help (nutritionist or even therapist).

I have a long history in broken relationships due to this desease so I take it very seriously. Best of luck! And pm me if you need any further advice.

I know that my BMI is ridiculous and I have seen doctors, had blood tests, everything came back normal. I eat a f--- load and healthily with high quality protein, complex carbohydrates and fruit/vegetables. I train a lot but never seem to put on weight despite getting stronger and performing better.

I have always been light given my height, rapid metabolism? I appreciate what you're saying, you're definitely not the first to voice concern. I'll keep an eye on my weight over xmas. I'll be riding and racing quite a bit, got some crits and the festive 500.

Also there's a photo of me on the Action thread, pg180 right at the top; blue, white, red kit.

5'17"
62 kg

kleinetako, I'm with you on the big OR tall stores.
At 53 I no longer respond to "you're too skinny, it's not healthy". I just shoot them.

Unfortunately, I'm not competitive in any standard cycling-relevant category, including height, if indeed height is cycling-relevant. However, the product of my height in cm with my age in years is greater than 12000. Can anyone beat that?

I stand 6'8", and am currently in and around the 195 range (I say in and around, because Christmas goodies). Heaviest (prior to the bike) was 227, lightest (after the bike) was 192.
