This is a Fulcrum Racing 7 that came stock on a bike of mine that serve as my deep-winter junk wheels. I'm trying to get the freehub off and get to the bearings to clean the grit out. Fulcrum provides no instructions on their website, and is unreachable by phone in the U.S.

The NDS is a removable plug, so I tried an allen key and a 17mm on the DS and it won't budge. Gave it a little pressure in the opposite direction on the odd chance they're reverse thread, also to no avail. I know at almost 1900 grams, these aren't common WW wheels by any means, but any insight on servicing this piece of junk?

it's reverse threaded, hold it with the allen key and turn CW with the 17MM to remove. in my experience it's torqued pretty tight from the factory.

If you hold the nut with the 17 mm, just turn the umbraco as normal, the nut is reverse threaded
