T.J. here.

Sorry don't have a weight with new saddle I'll weigh it tomorrow! Just got it on there today. This bike is a beast. Trek hit the ball out of the park with this one. And its not a bad looking bike. Sorry im small and it doesnt have that top tube look! Weight weenie disc bike? Need ideas! I got a flat today so screw you for judging my long stem in front. I sold the Madone with the big carbon wheels so that's all I had! O and I live in San Diego so I can't afford a white garage. I spend all my money on bikes. Oops!

6.98 kg with old saddle and pedals.Image

Where'd you get the red "ears" for your seat mast cap?

Walk into any trek dealer and ask them to order part number W440961. [emoji869]

You've not put the 5mm spacer between top cap and stem? Trek stipulate that you need the spacer.

I only ask as I'd like to do it myself without the spacer.

You don't need the spacer with the Bontrager XXX integrated bar/stem combo because the top of the stem does not bind against the steerer tube.

I'm running a xxx stem, same as the combo?

Ok, that's nice. Liking the long stem and setback saddle. How are you liking the XXX combo?

Only took it out for 3 shorter rides. It's comfortable. It's plenty stuff and the integrated bonty stuff is nice too! O and they are super light! Only downside is the price IMO.

I am concerned that they will transmit too much vibration...

I feel like on this bike they work with the frames compliance and stiffness. It's kind of perfect... Like a really good steering rack on a really good road car. [emoji109]

What size tire is that?

What is the largest that would fit?

Watch this, you will see what clearance is left a with 28mm gp4000s at front. Not much!
