Ah OK, makes sense. I wouldnt feel confortable shinning such a light post either.

I spoke with Stephan and Clemens at Schmolke and they explained that the TLO is optimized much as possible, which is why they specify in which area it can be clamped and in which it can't. When I ordered mine I specified my weight and the seat post extension. Hoping it will work for me :-). I feel quite comfortable with using their stuff, they have a long term reputation, i ordered directly from them, and it helps that we can communicate in German.

Beautiful bike! The blue looks quite different outdoor to how it looked in the studio.

Its looks small size, how tall are you?

Stunning! is it because the bike is small or the tubes are really huge? I like it! Weight?
Congrats and enjoy the rides.

I'm 170cm but with weird proportions. I'm pretty short in the leg

The bike is pretty small, before this I ran a Tarmac in size 52 with the seatpost slammed right down as I'm short in the leg and on this at times I ran a 130mm stem as I'm quite flexible.. The geometry for this bike was done from my bike fit data and other information provided to Richard. I believe the top tube is pretty long for the size of the frame but Richard would be best advised to say as he made it. The fork angle appears to be more upright than my tarmac and I get no toe overlap anymore.
All I can say is the 100mm stem and the geometry really works for me (thought the stem was 80mm for some reason but just checked), the bike turns in so well and inspires confidence.

The bike is pretty small, but obviously the right size for me. It has custom geometry based on my bike fit & other data.

Currently it comes in at 6.02 kg including the toolkit under the seat containing spare tube, tyre levers, tyre boot, co2 pump and canister. Also with the Catseye rear light

It has a little weight to shed, but I'm quite pleased overall as it's a painted Di2 bike with a pretty big lump of alloy for the crank/power meter so will never be mega light.
I do think with the right parts the weight could drop a reasonable amount but I did not want to give up the components I desired simply to go lighter.

My adrenaline spikes every time there is a new post on the thread - wondering if there will be photos of my frame :P

For some reason, I'm excited about this one :-D.

Thanks to Richard for immense patience and willingness to try out new things!

I like the little box thing. How does it fasten?

It has a zip closure and attaches to the frame with a couple of bolts.
