@Mrlobber - I will have to check the Etap compatibility. They look identical but I could be wrong. I won't know until I remove the stock plate off the Etap first.
@Marin - without a lathe machine it is impossible to bend by hand such a short spoke length. If the wire is thicker it makes it even more difficult. The 220mm spoke was long enough for only 3.5 loops. I needed at least 5 to 6 loops.
@Nifty - thanks sir!

If you need some help with the spring DM me. I've not dismantled mine, but need to know if the stock spring is square at the end or round? Wouldn't be able to shape the end of the ti rod (ti is hard to deal with), but can defo turn it for you.
@4Ibanez - Instead of attempting a titanium spring using a titanium spoke, I bought some titanium 6/4 Ti Rods in 2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.0mm diameter/thickness. I also purchased them in 500 mm length which is 20 in long. I feel I can make the spring now with the longer rods. The only thing is, I won't have the cool purple colored spring as I originally hoped for. The spring end is square, not round. However, a round end should fit easily in the slot where the spring rests.

I finally got my order from Toronto Cycles. Combined with my order from R2-Bike, below is my spread and the different color options I have. I have 2 unused front derailleurs that I can pair with this rear derailleur. The 44 gram Tiso Altore that I tuned myself and the 53 gram BTP Tuned Campagnolo Record QS. What color bolts should I use?

I thought it is important to post weights and descriptions for all these tuning parts. If someone else wants to do this they will know the weights now. Just buying random bolts hoping for the lightest can make your wallet light.
Toronto Cycles Aluminum Pivot Bolts saved no weight over the stock SRAM Red that weighed 5.48 grams. However, if you want some cool accent colors, these upgrades are worth it with no real weight penalty.

Below are the Carbon Ti M6x10mm aluminum pinch bolts in various colors. The stock hollow SRAM bolt weighed 1.76 grams. Some weight savings here with cool accent colors:

The 2 front plate limit screws are about 0.59 grams each. They are M4x15mm. I think conical/taperhead screws look much better. Below are some comparisons:

Toronto Cycles Taperhead M4x15mm (red):
Toronto Cycles Taperhead M4x15mm (black):
Toronto Cycles standard M4x15mm (silver): note - Toronto Cycles did not stock Taperhead screws in silver for this size.
CarbonTi conical M4x15 (silver): Had to order this bolt from R2-Bike because Toronto did not stock these

The stock M4x20mm adjustment bolt weighed 0.75 grams. Toronto Cycles does not stock Taperhead M4 bolts. So I had to get standard bolts that saved me no weight. Below are some comparisons:

So based on all the above weights, SRAM did an excellent job to spec their bolts at a very light weight. The Toronto bolts were all heavier. If you want some marginal weight savings, get the CarbonTi Conical Head bolts. Unfortunately, I only purchased silver in the CarbonTi brand from R2-bike. I have not had success using nylon or polycarbonate bolts as limit screws. They bend and snap. So, my only option is to go with the CarbonTi bolts for this build. It works out because I like the polished look. The CarbonTi bolts are anodyzed silver. I had to strip the color off and polish the bolts. They now match the aluminum body of the derailleur.
